Lease of telecommunication equipment and facilities, IT systems and equipment, power supply and backup systems, etc.

Lease agreements for telecommunications & IT completed by “BUSINESS ALLIANCE” leasing company and its affiliate KMLC “OTKRITIE”:

“Uralsvyazinform” - Telecom facilities and equipment leasing totaled RUB 900 million. Innovative leasing technologies combining financial lease services and the construction of communications facilities were developed to implement this project. As a result, telephone services were successfully installed in more than 60 populated places in Khanty-Mansiisk Autonomous District Yugra. Uralsvyazinform OJSC, the largest telecom operator in the Urals (Russia), and subsidiary of Szyazinvest OJSC . The company has 3.7 million fixed-line subscribers, 4.5 million in mobile communications and 500 thousand in Internet. Its market capitalization totaled USD 600 million as of June 01, 2009.

 “GVC Energetiki” (aka “IT Energy” company) - Lease, delivery and assembling of air conditioning, automatic fire extinguishing and power supply backup systems, as well as network and telecom equipment for data processing center totaled RUB 55 million. “GVС Energetiki” is an acknowledged IT leader in the power industry and is ranked among Russia’s top 100 IT companies.

INTELCOM-CONNECT :

• Construction and development of wide area network based on IP/MPLS technology totaled RUB 117 million (Year 2007). This project covers the whole territory of Moscow and a 15-km radius of Moscow region. The lease term is 5 years. The project was financed with a credit from AKB "Absolut Bank" (Russia).
• Leasing out various telecommunications equipment for the construction and development of area telephone networks in Moscow and Moscow region (Year 2010). The total sum of 5-year lease contract exceeds RUB 25 million. The project was financed with a credit line from The Russian Bank for Development. INTELCOM-CONNECT Telecommunications Group is a multi-service telecommunications provider. The Group includes two separate companies: OOO “INTELCOM” and OOO “CONNECT”, which operate in the market under the unified brand name INTELCOM-CONNECT. Each company is a licensed network operator with a full range of telecom services and its own clientele.
