BALC announces key new appointment

Dmitry Lubinin appointed Commercial Director at BUSINESS ALLIANCE Group of Leasing Companies.

In his position, Mr. Lubinin will be in charge of expanding the Group’s leasing portfolio and implementing new big-ticket leasing projects for large corporate clients.

Dmitry Lubinin was born in 1970. He graduated from the Moscow State University, majoring in economics. Mr. Lubinin was the Chairman of Rossiyskiy Kredit Bank (1994-2000), and then served as a Vice President and Head of Investments Department of JSFC Sistema (2000-2003). From 2003 to 2004 he was a Vice President and Head of Investments Department of “Alfa-Eco M”, a core company of Alfa Group Consortium. In 2004 he joined RAO UES of Russia and headed several of its subsidiaries. Before coming on BALC’s board, Mr. Lubinin was the Deputy General Director of the Russian State Corporation “Deposit Insurance Agency”.
