BUSINESS ALLIANCE Group of Leasing Companies has signed
two lease deals with Ostankino Brewery, which is one of the largest companies in
the Russian food-and-beverage industry.
Under the terms of two 3-year contracts, BALC leased out elevators,
manufactured by SCHINDLER Company, and a set of ventilation equipment. The total
sum of the lease contracts exceeds RUB 30 million. Ostankino Brewery will use
the leased assets for the development of its office building. The project was
financed with a credit line from JSCB “DERZHAVA” Bank, which is a brand new
financial partner of BALC.
It’s significant to note that the project for Ostankino Brewery was
implemented under the terms and conditions of BALC’s new lease program designed
for small and medium enterprises.
About Ostankino Brewery: Ostankino Brewery was established
in 1949 and is considered to be one of the largest companies in the Russian
food-and-beverage industry. The brewery has a powerful malt-house (18 000 tons
per year) which supplies either its own needs or needs of other Russian brewing
plants. Ostankino Brewery produces a large variety of beer brands under
traditional technology and from selected natural ingredients.
