Under the terms of an 8-year lease agreement, BUSINESS ALLIANCE is to organize the purchase, integrated delivery, assembling and installation of the following leased assets:

• Two SGT-700 gas turbines manufactured by Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery AB (Sweden)
• SST PAC-400 steam turbine manufactured by Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery s.r.o. (Czech Rep.)
• A Heller mechanical draft dry cooling system and auxiliary air coolers manufactured by EGI Co. Ltd. (Hungary)

The 2nd stage of Sochi Cogeneration Plant has been comissioned and put into operation at 24.12.2009.

Sochi Cogeneration Plant (Russian: ”Sochinskaya TES”) is a thermal power station of federal level with an installed capacity of 78 MW. The power plant is based in the major sea-mountain resort of Russia in Krasnodar Region. It supplies Sochi daily energy consumption and is targeted to fully provide energy during the XXII Winter Olympic Games 2014. Sochi Cogeneration Plant is the flagship of the nation’s power industry in terms of its technical, economic and environmental performance and it has no counterparts in Russia.
